The PROTON BUFOR temperature controller is designed to control the operation of central heating boilers. V CLASS equipped with a blower or exhaust fan. It stabilizes its temperature by means of smooth regulation of fan speed, blows the boiler (in order to remove excess gases generated in the combustion process) and protects the central heating system against boiling water. The advantage of this regulator is that in addition to operating the central heating pump, it is also possible to control an additional pump, which can be used as a pump for loading the DHW tank or Buffer, which makes it easier to adapt the device to the user's needs.

Controller KRYPTON 340 buffer PID fuzzy logic

Krypton 340 regulator is a modern controller for fine coal and hopper boilers with an advanced algorithm for controlling the PID FUZZY LOGIC blower. The controller continuously and automatically controls the blower and maintains a pre-set boiler temperature at a constant level. This solution ensures that there are no rapid temperature changes in the boiler. In addition, the exhaust gas temperature sensor can be connected to the controller, the use of which is to reduce the amount of heat exhausted to a chimney, and thus it affects the amount of fuel burned. The use of this controller improves the operation ergonomics: there is no need to interfere in settings the controller in the case of a change of fuel. Krypton 340 microprocessor controller is designed to control the operation of the blower, central heating pump, DHW pump and an additional pump capable of operating in 5 modes (circulating pump, floor pump, exchanger pump, boiler pump and buffer pump).

IRYD MZ pid fuzzy logic controller is designed to control the operation of the C.H. fine coal and hopper boiler. The controller controls an extensive heating system. A specially designed menu allows to progressively activate further features or abilities of the controller. This controller has a special algorithm for the operation of pid fuzzy logic, which after determining by the user the maximum and minimum capacity of the boiler can smoothly select the blower speed, depending on the electrical load of the system and the type of fuel. In addition, this version has an additional algorithm pid, affecting the exhaust gas temperature and regulating the power of the boiler so that the value of the exhaust gas temperature does not exceed the maximum temperature pre-set by the user. These modern control algorithms allow to save on the amount of burned fuel, and which has a positive impact on the environment.
