The latest ProND product designed for remote control of the boiler operation. It is made in a modern housing, available in two color variants. The panel is equipped with backlit touch buttons and a color display. The G 904 PILOT enables operation in two communication standards: 1-Wire (intended for controllers manufactured from 2003 with an RJ12 socket) or RS 485 ProND (intended for controllers equipped with an RJ45 socket, such as Iryd 610). This application allows the user to customize the devices to meet his needs. The functionality of the panel varies depending on the type of regulator on the boiler. Additionally, the G 904 PILOT is equipped with a USB socket with which the user can easily update the panel.

IRYD RTZ PID 602 is a controller designed to control the operation of a central heating boiler with a screw feeder or piston feeder (with a feeder position sensor). The controller controls an extensive heating installation. A specially designed menu enables gradual activation of further functions and possibilities of the regulator. In addition, a large touch screen provides greater convenience in using the device.
This regulator has a special pid fuzzy logic algorithm, which can smoothly select the appropriate fuel doses depending on the load on the installation and the type of fuel. In addition, it is equipped with an additional pid algorithm influencing the flue gas temperature, regulating the boiler power so that the flue gas temperature does not exceed the maximum value set by the user. The device works with a PILOT room panel or a room thermostat. Additionally, RS 232 communication was used, thanks to which it is possible to expand the boiler control system with the MI-95 internet module. The controller also has a USB socket for updating the software.

For greater convenience in using the PILOT R room panel, we have enriched it with WiFi functionality. The device works with ProND regulators equipped with an RJ12 socket. In addition to traditional operation, the panel, thanks to an additional module, allows you to view and change some parameters in the local network via the website. It gives additional possibilities to operate the Pilot, such as: viewing the outside temperature, viewing and changing the DHW temperature.

The device is intended for remote control via the website of the central heating boiler operation regulators. from anywhere without being near the boiler. Simple and fast registration. The module works with a wide range of ProND products equipped with an RJ12 connector for connecting the PILOT room panel (1-Wire communication) or with an RJ12 connector for RS485, RS232 communication. The possibilities and application depend on the controller to which this module is connected. The product is available from our distributors.

The controller has a USB socket that allows you to save and read parameters from a data carrier, e.g. a USB flash drive
