DESCRIPTION

The IRYD 620 MZ+ controller is a modern solution for managing the operation of a solid fuel heating boiler, providing precise and efficient control of the heating system. The device supports two blowers, allowing for optimal adjustment of the boiler's performance to the heat demand, and thanks to the advanced PID control algorithm, the blowers are smoothly regulated, which increases stability and energy savings. The controller also supports an additional universal pump and is compatible with a room panel, enabling convenient temperature control in individual rooms. The IRYD 620 MZ+ manages both internal and external mixers, giving full control over heat circulation. Additionally, the controller features a USB port, allowing for the saving and reading of parameters, which simplifies the monitoring and optimization of the system’s operation. The IRYD 620 MZ+ is an advanced and reliable device that ensures comfort and efficiency in managing the heating system.

VERSIONS

2R - version for mounting on a boiler or fuel tank, cable outlet in the back of the controller.

Version NK - version for installation on the side wall of the boiler, in a place invisible to the operator. The operator panel is mounted in the front wall of the boiler insulation or on the boiler in a movable panel. Two parts of the housing connected to each other by an RJ45 cable.

REGULATOR OPERATING SYSTEMS

1) A system with a central heating pump, a hot utility water pump and a circulation pump

In this system, pump 3 works as a DHW circulation pump.

2) A system with a CH pump, a DHW pump and a floor pump

In this arrangement, pump 3 works as a floor heating pump.

3) A system with a CH pump, a DHW pump and a boiler pump

In this system, pump 3 works as a boiler pump to heat the return of the boiler.

4) A system with a CH pump, a DHW pump and an Exchanger pump

In this arrangement, pump 3 works as a heat exchanger feed pump.

5) A system with a CH pump, a DHW pump and a Buffer pump

In this system, pump 3 works as a heat buffer supply pump.

6) A system with a CH pump, a DHW pump and a Buffer pump with two sensors

In this system, pump 3 works as a heat buffer supply pump.
